Avicenna Est Panacea
Season 3: Episode 68

“Ellis, thank you for coming back to my life..”

“Ellis?!”

“...Ellis, why her?”

Ellis immediately walked to the second floor, he headed to his room without paying attention to the call of Lyn and Remington on the first floor, precisely in the kitchen.

Ellis closed the door of her room tightly, still holding the door knob with a red face along with a strong heartbeat.

“...Y-yang M-noble... Weird..” Ellis muttered with trembling lips.

“Maybe His Majesty is just kidding.” Hold Ellis.

Ellis walked into the closet, she undressed all her clothes from some iron armor to her white shirt “Kurasa, wearing a bandage all day felt tight.” Said Ellis while opening a bandage on his chest.

Ellis is indeed a woman, but Ellis is very fond of swords even Ellis wants to be a knight who protects Dust Bones. Unfortunately women could not get that position in the palace, so Remington sincerely taught Ellis to even begin to think of him as a son.

“...Ellis, what's wrong with you?” Tanya Lyn who was arranging food on the dining table, she also seemed to be serving several guest food orders from the inn.

Ellis shook her head briefly, she picked up an apron hanging on the kitchen door “I'm fine.” Ellis helped with Lyn's activities.

“Oh yes, dad has already left to go on night patrol, he will be home tomorrow morning.” Lyn said while bringing a tray of food to the customer's table, the first floor is indeed a small restaurant that this family manages. Most of it was managed by Lyn.

“Welcome, please host our dessert, apple pie..” Lyn has been busy serving other customers.

“Nona, one beer and grilled meat.” One of the customers told Ellis who happened to pass in front of him.

“Okay, one beer and a roast, sir unfortunately I am a man.” Ellis said after bringing a tray with her order.

“Oh, Seriously? Want to fight for strength if your little hand is like a woman.”

“Of course sir..”

Lyn shook her head at Ellis's behavior “Ellis don't break her hand, understand?” Lyn's sweat indifferently while carrying a pile of empty plates in her hand.

“Haha! Prove that you're a real man, sweet lady.” The stocky man put away the food on the table, folded his arms to challenge Ellis.

Only Ellis smiled slightly, she sat down in front of the man then linked her handrails “Adu panco is not a heavy thing, sir.” Ellis.

Suddenly, the atmosphere boisterous downstairs Wood Remington lodging. People watched the panco match by two different people, one of them was overwhelmed while the sweet guy looked calm.

Ellis was undaunted, her small-looking hand was sturdy without moving by the big hand of the stocky man “...Hoam, how long until?” Ellis asked yawn.

“Ck. You kid, toying with me!” Shake the man and then push his hand.

Ellis smiled, letting her hand get closer to the table. When he was satisfied, Ellis immediately pushed his hand. This fight was won by Ellis.

“Wah! Mr. Remington's son is strong as the rumors are.”

“Wah, great Ellis!”

Applause from someone standing on the doorstep, part of his body is still wearing armor with a white robe fluttering “Ellis Francieli, isn't it?” Ask the strong man.

“E-gr... I-iya sir...” Ellis nodded stiffly, she glanced at the royal coat of arms of Dust Bones on her armor.

“Your Majesty called you to the palace.” Said again.

Ellis turned to Lyn “Lyn.” She was worried about leaving Lyn alone at the inn. Lyn must be overwhelmed taking care of this inn. Thought Ellis.

“Go, you have a job don't you?” Lyn comes to Ellis with a Dust Bones uniform and a white robe. Lyn put that coat and cape on Ellis's body “Take care of you, brother.” Lyn spoke by touching the surface of Ellis's face.

“Hm, I go first..” Ellis nodded.

Ellis was even still wearing a plain white shirt with her black cloth pants, Ellis' blond hair was not styled as drizzly as usual. Some of the long bangs were free, Ellis knew that a knight had been sent to meet him. Something's already happened...

The middle palace was tense, as more and more soldiers stood guard on each side of the palace.

“Ellis, supposedly as an aide to His Majesty, you stay in the palace.” Said the man.

“Sorry sir.”

“Oh, you don't know me yet? My name is Mathias Lavandula, we just met because I always served on the border of Crave Rose and Dust Bones. Greetings, Ellis..”.

Ellis bowed respectfully, the man long known as the hero behind Dust Bones' victory against Crave Rose “J-general level one, Mathias Lavandula!” Ellis.

“A-ah, yes... Just call me Mathias, Remington, I'll take it like my uncle... Don't hesitate yes Ellis.” The general was very friendly, even at a young age.

“B-good General! Eh? Ma-mathias..” Ellis was surprised, called this late, she asked Mathias Lavandula “Has something happened in the palace?” Said Ellis who walked side by side with Mathias in the hallway of the palace grounds, followed by a few soldiers behind them.

Mathias nods “The intruder of Crave Rose is spreading terror, fifteen maids have been found dead sucked in his blood. While some of the kitchen maids suddenly turned into undead obscure, they all contracted from eating apples that had been covered in the virus, as it was, Advisory Louisa.” said.

Without Ellis noticing, Mathias glanced at her a little, burly man with a bright red gibberish “Ellis, you have a beautiful pendant.”

Suddenly, Ellis held a pendant that was coiled around her neck that was “True, although I do not know who gave it but I feel this pendant necklace is very valuable.” Ellis smelled a smile “Eh, but most importantly.. how is the king?” Ask Ellis.

“Kurasa, not too good.” Mathias sahut quietly.

Ellis, stand guard in the king's room. He lay down after receiving a wound in his stomach, even the king was unconscious.

It is hard to believe, according to Mathias, before the king fell from a fight with the intruder. He asked Ellis to look after him, with no one else in the room. That is, Mathias's destination is to pick up Ellis at Wood Remington's inn. Ellis just stood stiffly at the end of the room, she was always holding her gloved sword.

“I'm sorry..” Ellis muttered, while watching the roar of the king's breath ascending and descending in rhythm. Ellis could see the bandage that wrapped his athletic stomach, as well as the scars that decorated his body.

As Louisa said, the king would not wake up until the next morning, he was severely injured and had been given sleeping pills to speed up his recovery.

At that moment, Ellis saw the window of the king's room that was partially open. Ellis tried to close the window so that the king did not get cold “Why did the waiter leave it open huh?” Ellis.

Grep...

Ellis' wrist was grabbed by another hand, the figure of the black-robed man already standing before her. Ellis rounded her two golden eyes, but immediately pulled out the sword and swung it.

Ellis's movements were parried with just that rose-handled dagger, a strong wind entering through the window. The hood is open, begin to look at the face of the man behind the black robe.

Red eyes, a long blonde mane, a big nose and a pair of fangs on his teeth. Her face was beautiful, like a god from the dark sky.

Beautiful, beautiful and empty. That's what Ellis saw from the man. A pair of golden eyes Ellis struck a gaze with a red iris that slowly turned raven blue with missing fangs as well.

“Val... I'm sorry, I'm really sorry.” The man touched the right side of Ellis' face gently.

Ellis who was silent did not understand, just looked at him in confusion. But Ellis' gaze refused to turn.

The man stared wistfully longing, and the look of that gaze suffered greatly “Say something, Val...” Pint the man with a squeeze.

The sword and the dagger both fell, as the hands of the two men intertwined, grasping at each other.

Ellis made surprised “Let go of my hand!” Snap Ellis.

“Say you love me, Val.”.

“Ha?! What are you saying?! You're Dust Bones' enemy, intruder!”

“Val... It's me Frederitch, your Friday.”.

“Ha?! No kidding! I don't know you!”

The man widened his eyes, he looked back at the young man in front of him. Blonde mane with both golden eyes, certainly foreign. But the face and body are not foreign at all, because the presence is the same “You Valerin Grayii!” The man's touch tore the collar off Ellis' shirt.

“Cannot..” The man murmured, which he saw with no sign of a rose on his shoulder or neck. Just plain shoulders with clean white skin.

“Exploitation!” Ellis picked up her sword quickly and then attacked the man mercilessly, Ellis only managed to injure his shoulder after seeing the man jump from the window to escape.

Tok.dok...

“Ellis! What's going on inside! Why fuss.” It was Mathias Lavandula's voice from the front of the door.

Ellis breathlessly covered her torn collar. He shook his head slowly “Mathias, the intruder escaped.” Strangled Ellis from the inside.

“Where is he?” Mathias who suddenly entered with a worried look.

“You okay Ellis? And Your Majesty?”

Ellis nodded “Your Majesty is fine..” Ellis.

“Then where did he escape?”

“She's heading east..” Ellis lied, but the intruder ran north to the main gate “Give all the soldiers there, Mathias, he is not so far away.” Ellis.

“Okay, you stay here looking after His Majesty.” Mathias “Oh said, this is wear.” Mathias draped his white robe on Ellis' body, when he saw the torn collar part of Ellis' shirt “Thank God, you're fine.” Mathias said as he walked out of the king's room.

Ellis sighed, the blond gibberish was like knowing him “again Valerin, whereas I didn't recognize the guy.” Ellis said with a heavy sigh.

“How can I not worry about you, Val. You know for yourself I love you so much.”

The words of the sentence swelled in Ellis's mind at this moment, his head suddenly heavy with a strong gurgle. Ellis was holding her head “A-akh.” complained Ellis was holding her head that felt like it was being pierced from inside it.

Ellis's gaze suddenly blurred, before everything looked black. Ellis looked faintly at the king who was grabbing onto his body with a flat gaze as usual.

“...Ellis.” That heavy voice was the last Ellis heard before all of his consciousness was gone.
